The Fine Print
The VIP Membership Program is a dental discount plan that provides affordable dental care for patients without traditional dental insurance or for patients whose insurance plan is out of network with our office. The discount plan cannot be combined with any other dental insurance.
Dental Treatment Following an Injury
If you need dental treatment following an injury that is covered by medical, car, disability, or workers' compensation insurance, the VIP Membership discounts cannot be used.
Plan Terms
The VIP Membership Plan is valid for one year from the date of enrollment. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to change yearly.
